Meet Roberto
Roberto Colonti, better known as Robert, is the founder and president of Rising Teens. In 2020, he founded Rising Teens with the mission of creating a community of empowered, self-aware, and passionate youth. He works with various athletic programs, schools, church youth groups, and one-on-one coaching to help facilitate conversations and open dialogues about overcoming self-doubt and negative mental chatter, dealing with peer pressure, and developing emotional intelligence. We believe the community should be about creative collaboration. We aim to be a place of positivity and empowerment. At Rising Teens, we encourage everyone to encourage each other.
He is an author, certified life coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner who has dedicated over 18 years of his life to community and youth engagement. In addition to his years as an empowerment coach, Roberto has dedicated countless days in physical athletics and coaching youth basketball.
Robert is a member of the Association of Integrative Psychology and a motivational speaker. He has worked with business executives, community members, athletes, and parents to provide a holistic approach to youth empowerment. He believes in living with gratitude, love, and the mental freedom that comes from a life of service.
